On Saturday, May 24th, Italia Endurance Stables & Academy hosted a new edition of SPRING PONY, the event dedicated to young riders that once again succeeded in combining sport, education, and passion in an afternoon full of enthusiasm.
Endurance – a discipline that blends physical stamina, mental focus, and a deep connection with the horse – took center stage in its “pony” version, engaging children and families in a joyful and educational atmosphere.
Following veterinary inspections and the technical briefing, the young athletes took on courses of varying difficulty, specifically designed to highlight the bond between horse and rider, while fostering physical, emotional, and sporting development. The competition categories, ranging from Pony Avviamento to Pony Elite, were held on a 1.6 km loop entirely immersed in nature, under the supervision of an official panel of judges and veterinarians recognized by FISE – the Italian Equestrian Federation.
Each young rider had the opportunity to demonstrate commitment, courage, and respect for their pony – values that reflect the educational philosophy of Italia Endurance Academy, which has long been dedicated to training new generations of athletes through an individualized and animal-centered approach.
Thanks to the coordination of the organizing team and the commitment of a skilled and experienced staff, SPRING PONY confirmed its role not only as a sporting event, but also as a genuine educational initiative.
At the conclusion of the competitions, the awards ceremony honored all participants with symbolic prizes and trophies for the top three finishers in each category, in a festive and inclusive atmosphere. The bar and cafeteria, open throughout the event, provided families and guests with opportunities to connect and unwind, enhancing the overall experience with warmth and conviviality.
Once again, SPRING PONY demonstrated how the world of horses can be an extraordinary instrument for the growth and development of young children.
