Ilaria, Matilde, Maria Letizia, Samuel, Federico and Martina were all involved in the final day of the Italia Endurance Academy Masterclass. Other than the last day of school! The six young riders immediately had to deal with the “Ostacle, course, race” course, under the watchful eye of Fuxiateam’s athletic trainer and personal trainer Fabian Stievano.
Once the physical effort was recovered, the riders participated in the last lesson of the Masterclass, a meeting of great depth with the expert in training and communication Mario Becchetti, who proposed them a series of topics related to “Endurance: values, leadership and communication “; also in this case, as in all the other lessons of the Masterclass, attention has focused on the fact that endurance is a discipline that must be lived as a set of experiences and skills that go well beyond sports performance.
The final day of Italia Endurance Academy ended with Ilaria, Matilde, Maria Letizia, Samuel, Federico and Martina grappling with the evaluation tests, before experiencing the eagerly awaited appointment with the enthusiasm and pride delivery of diplomas.
And with a smile on their faces, in front of the family, the coaches and the staff of Italia Endurance Stables & Academy, they greeted everyone by throwing the caps in the air shouting “The talents of tomorrow”!
